Descripción del trabajo - Source to Contract Business Process Analyst
The Source to Contract (S2C) Business Process Analyst will play a key role in defining, improving, and governing the organization’s global Source to Contract processes. This role focuses on driving process excellence, strengthening compliance, enabling digital transformation, and ensuring consistent sourcing and contracting practices across business units and categories.
Working closely with Procurement, Legal, Technology, and Regional Teams, you will translate business needs into scalable process and system solutions, support the rollout of new digital capabilities, and enable effective adoption of global standards.
This is a contractual role which will run through 2026. The candidate must be flexible to work in the client’s preferred time -zone, which may include EST or CEST.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess current Source to Contract processes to identify inefficiencies across policy, process, controls, and technology.
Perform root -cause analysis on recurring issues, operational bottlenecks, and user experience gaps.
Develop recommendations to simplify workflows, improve compliance, and enhance usability.
Document and maintain current -state and future -state process maps and supporting materials.
Translate sourcing and contracting business needs into functional requirements for digital tools.
Support the design, testing, and deployment of S2C technologies, including eSourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and orchestration platforms.
Contribute to workflow design, templates, data models, and rule configurations.
Participate in UAT, change impact assessments, and post -deployment hyper care activities.
Support delivery of S2C initiatives within the broader procurement and digital transformation roadmap.
Develop business cases, benefit assessments, and implementation plans for new capabilities.
Maintain structured project documentation, including scope, milestones, risks, and governance artefacts.
Ensure alignment and timely execution across Procurement, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders.
Ensure S2C processes align with global procurement policies, approval frameworks, and compliance standards.
Maintain global documentation such as policies, SOPs, process maps, and play books.
Support governance forums, decision boards, and design authorities.
Monitor adherence to global standards and identify deviations requiring resolution.
Partner with category teams, legal stakeholders, and regional procurement organizations to co -design process improvements.
Provide guidance on complex sourcing and contracting scenarios.
Support development of training materials, user guides, and onboarding sessions.
Drive change adoption by clearly communicating process changes, benefits, and expectations.
Analyse sourcing and contracting data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Generate insights on cycle times, contract quality, compliance gaps, and workflow blockers.
Contribute to performance dashboards and reporting routines.
Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data -driven insights.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in Source to Contract processes, including eSourcing, RFX, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
Hands -on experience with procurement technologies, such as eSourcing platforms, CLM tools, and supplier management systems.
Background in process design, transformation, or continuous improvement programs.
Experience using process mapping, data analysis, and root -cause methodologies.
Proven ability to lead independently and deliver process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem -solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced, global environment.
Experience working in global or complex organizational settings.
Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks.
Prior involvement in digital transformation initiatives, such as automation, workflow redesign, or AI/ML use cases.
Exposure to change management, training, or process governance activities.
Language: Advanced English required; additional languages are a plus
Travel: Occasional business travel expected (up to 20%)
