  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung eines Küchenpostens in der Warmküche, Kalten Küche oder Patisserie je nach Qualifikation
  • Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards nach internen Vorgaben
  • Organisation und Kontrolle der Mise en Place
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung von Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs und Chef de Parties
  • Vertretung des Küchenchefs bei Abwesenheit
  • Einhaltung der HACCP -Vorgaben und Hygienestandards
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere im Buffet - und Live -Cooking -Bereich
  • Mitwirkung bei Themenbuffets und kulinarischen Events

  • Independent management of a kitchen section in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or pastry depending on qualification
  • Ensuring high quality standards according to internal guidelines
  • Organization and control of mise en place
  • Guidance and support of Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, and Chef de Parties
  • Deputizing for the Head Chef during absence
  • Compliance with HACCP requirements and hygiene standards
  • Active support in daily operations, especially in buffet and live -cooking areas
  • Participation in themed buffets and culinary events

Voraussetzungen


  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 bis 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Chef de Partie mit
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung als Sous Chef gesammelt
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Hotel -, Resort - oder Clubbereich
  • Du verfügst über Deutsch - oder Englischkenntnisse
  • Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

  • You have completed vocational training as a Chef/Cook
  • You have at least 3 to 4 years of professional experience as Chef de Partie
  • You ideally have previous experience as a Sous Chef
  • You work independently, in a structured way, and with a strong focus on quality
  • Resilience, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
  • You ideally have experience in the hotel, resort, or club sector
  • You have German or English language skills
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage but not mandatory

  • Permanent employment contract
  • 40 working hours per week
  • Salary depending on qualification and experience of approximately €1,800 to €2,000 net per month
  • Accommodation provided by the employer

  • International working atmosphere in Fuerteventura
  • Development opportunities within an international company structure
  • 30 calendar days of vacation per year according to Spanish labor law
  • Shift work with early and late shifts according to the schedule
  • Start date by agreement, ideally at short notice
