Foundever is looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our teams in Madrid and Sevilla as Customer Service & Sales Agents.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions and products
• Manage customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication
• Achieve customer satisfaction and sales performance targets
• Maintain high-quality service standards and follow company procedures
• Collaborate with team members and management to support business goals
YOUR PROFILE
• Native level of Spanish
• Commercial mindset with sales-oriented skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales, or commercial roles is highly valued
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work on-site in Madrid or Sevilla
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
