Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking customers through live chat, email, and phone communications.
• Address customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support with expertise.
• Promote product features and benefits to enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to optimize service quality and offerings.
• Engage with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new automotive developments to provide informed advice to customers.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and future reference.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Genuine interest in automotive products and trends.
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
