Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through B2B integrations.
• Evaluate client requirements and tailor integration solutions to meet their specific operational goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure the smooth implementation of integration initiatives.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clients post-integration, enabling them to fully utilize their new systems.
• Monitor integration outcomes and assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration processes and client interactions.
• Keep abreast of industry advancements to continuously refine and enhance service offerings.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in B2B integrations or similar roles within the IT sector is preferred.
• Solid understanding of integration methodologies, software solutions, and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage simultaneous projects efficiently.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to foster client relationships.
• Familiarity with technologies relevant to B2B environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating a proactive and organized approach.
