Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers, aiming to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and reward programs with efficiency and empathy.
• Engage proactively with customers to provide updates, resolve concerns, and gather their valuable feedback.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers on the benefits of continued engagement with the brand.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and quick resolution of customer issues.
• Assess customer feedback and loyalty statistics to recommend enhancements in overall service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and insights within the CRM system.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, particularly in the retail or service sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
