Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Provide information on account management, loan processes, investment options, and financial advice.
• Assist customers with account setups, troubleshooting issues, and service-related queries.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
