• Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, delivering superior support via phone, email, and chat.

• Build positive relationships with clients to understand their challenges and ensure they receive maximum value from our solutions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document customer interactions and suggest improvements in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
• Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in customer service or customer success roles is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care.
• Proven ability to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
