You will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic and personalized support to Spanish-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, and other service-related questions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on creating a positive experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
• Stay well-informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide credible assistance.
• Propose ideas for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer support or service roles, especially in the fashion industry, is a plus.
• A strong interest in fashion and a good understanding of current trends.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
