Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch frontline support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and account-related issues.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for seamless follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to sustain high service levels and enhance customer encounters.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Remain knowledgeable about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related support role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage several tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
