Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical and sales support to Spanish-speaking customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients in understanding product features and capabilities to drive sales.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical solutions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product developments and sales strategies.

• Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills are essential.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with sales skills.
• Experience in technical support and/or tech sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work and relocate to Greece.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in technology and sales.
