What will you do?

As an Spare Parts Supply Expert, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer orders related to spare parts and warranty services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle customer orders for spare parts and warranties.
• Manage customer orders throughout the entire process using relevant IT systems, including SAP and M2-Tool.
• Clarify order details with clients.
• Oversee the procurement process for required parts and assemblies from both external and internal suppliers.
• Monitor material availability and initiate external and production orders based on demand.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams involved in the process and monitor the schedule from picking to assembly, packaging, and delivery.
• Create shipping documents, compile test reports, and ensure timely shipment to customers.
• In case of delivery issues, collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to develop appropriate measures to ensure customer satisfaction, especially in warranty cases.

What do you need to succeed?

• Proven experience in order management, logistics, or a related operational support role.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP; experience with M2-Tool is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
