If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u2022 Accountable for writing SW development requirements, specifications, design SW integration plans and perform SW testing for the required products and solutions for IMS. \n\u2022 Accountable for designing, implementing, testing and deploying SW and HW requirements for the required IMS services and solutions to cope with specific commercial requirements or technology evolution inside Vodafone. \n\u2022 Accountable for managing IMS Services technology evolution and capacity planning based on traffic needs. Ensure HW and SW performance, monitoring, and reporting, using dedicated SW tools. \n\u2022 Manage RFQ and vendor selection to identify the best partner for the evolution of IMS service including the option of internal SW development. \n\u2022 Manage LCM and Security.\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Proficient in IMS Networks. \n\u2022 Good awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications (Core Network, Value Added Services, ...) and ICT \n\u2022 Deep understanding of network architectural Patterns \u0026 Design, aligning architecture with business goals. \n\u2022 Familiar with designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments \n\u2022 Worked closely with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals. \n\u2022 Familiarity embedding security and compliance into architectural decision \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in computer science, Telco Engineering, or a related field \n\u2022 Extensive Experience in IMS \n\u2022 Strong Understanding of network Architecture Patterns \n\u2022 Cloud Architecture Proficiency \n\u2022 DevOps and CI/CD Expertise \n\u2022 Security and Compliance Knowledge \n\u2022 Agile and Application life cycle management methodologies \n\u2022 Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
