To deliver strategic Vendor Management by driving vendors in delivering roadmap improvements and related actions agreed at top governance level.\n\nThe role is exposed to leaders in Group Networks and implies regular engagement with stakeholders from all Networks teams and other Group domains to deliver their goals.\n\nKey deliverables and functions:\n\n * To drive Governance by organising the committees (ie Network Leadership Team Meeting, Technology Leadership Team, Group CTO Office, ExCo) including agenda items, minutes, action points follow up, etc.\n * To manage the NSA budget ensuring its execution. Centralised NSA demand for SAB approvals. Execution and planning report delivery with VOIS and Group Finance.\n * To deliver strategic Vendor Management by driving vendors in delivering roadmap improvements and related actions agreed at top governance level. \n * To produce executive high quality executive reports for Technology directors (eg. Vendors briefings, improvement plans), to keep updated the Network programmes dashboards.\n\n\n\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience :\n\n * Minimum 3 years experience in an Operator Technology Networks Function\n * Strong technical expertise in Network Architectures for 5G, Virtualisation, Cloud Networking. Experience in vendor management in the technology domain.\n * Ability to understand and communicate strategic issues at Board/Director level\n * Previous experience in creating and driving innovation, both throughout own team as well as supplier community and Innovation Centres where applicable is desirable\n * Excellent communication skills \u2013 able to understand and interact in both business and technical languages\n * Ability to understand complex concepts from any domain and translate them into understandable language for the management\n * Experience in presenting and interacting at management level.\n * Experience in / strong appreciation of working in virtual and multinational teams\n\n\n\nMust have technical / professional qualifications:\n\n * Degree qualification and minimum 3\\+ years experience in a Technology function\n * Basic knowledge of Network architecture elements\n * Excellent in English language \u2013 both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly\n * Proven experience on managing programs and reporting.\n * Ability to deliver Business cases and TCO models for new products and technologies.\n * Software Engineering skills\n * Project management and Finance skills\n * Good Powerpoint skills.\n\n\n\n## What we Offer\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Hybrid work model \n * Bonus on top of the gross salary.\n * Meal voucher (Ticket Restaurant), \n * Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, and an intensive schedule on Fridays.\n * Intensive Summer Schedule during July and August.\n * Up to 20 days per year of 100% remote work from other locations.\n * Private Health and Life Insurance for employees. \n * 25 vacation days, plus December 24th and 31st off.\n * Optional Pension Plan.\n * Access to an online learning platform for continuous training.\n\n\n\nPlease, apply with an English version of your CV.\n\n#LI-Hybrid \n\nREF: 280125\n\n#VOIS\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
