Sr. Business Analyst

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to master the use of a complex scheduling program. Experience in Wall Chart scheduling program system preferred.

·       Ability to organize work flow from multiple and overlapping schedules.

·       Ability to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.

·       Attention to detail and good multitasking skills; ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

·       Must have excellent computer skills.

·       Minimum of five years experience with scheduling.

·       Solid financial background

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

·       SAP and SABA knowledge/experience

·       Fluency in English – read, speak, write. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·       This position schedules customer events and ensures required resources are identified, planned, organized, and scheduled.

·       Serves as a key contact to customers requesting training. Coordinates customer’s schedules with instructor’s schedules and available resources. Records and amends schedules to customer’s changing needs.

·       Allocates resources and instructors to scheduled training. Must comply with international flight training guidelines with emphasis on EASA.

·       SABA program management for customer registrations

·       Determines booking types and creates class lists.

·       Schedules computer based training, classroom training, briefings, and simulator training.

·       Confirms client/students schedule via phone and/or email.

·       Communicates and coordinates with the Director of Training, Sales, Compliance and Customer service.

Financial Responsibilities:

·       accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing tasks, value added tax and income tax reporting and filing.
