We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineering Manager to lead our Projects and Engineering Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of engineering projects and ensuring the efficiency of our engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex engineering projects and operations.
Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and project managers.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development.
  

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects from concept to completion.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
  
• Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  

• Optimize engineering processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering operations with other departments.
  
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive improvements.
  

• Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy and roadmap.
  
• Align engineering goals and initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
  
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance engineering capabilities.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on project and operational status.
  
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

• Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  
• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects and operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
