Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing? At medmix, we’re looking for a Senior Quality Improvement Lead to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our processes, reducing waste, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead quality improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze production data (e.g., injection parameters, molding cycles, defects) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Standardize and improve quality control procedures in collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics (PPM, FPY, OEE) and lead follow-up meetings.
• Train plant teams in quality tools and problem-solving techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D).

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Quality or Operational Excellence roles.
• Degree in Industrial, Plastics, or Production Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, technical drawings, and measurement tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English level: B2 or higher.
