Position Description

Supporting the operational management of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops. Checking administrative procedures of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops. Keeping a close eye on the by PVH NL Head Office defined concept in assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops. Monitoring KPI's of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops. Organizing and providing trainings together with the assigned Store Managers en Sales Advisors. Monitoring and managing all areas of store costs within the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops. Supporting on recruitment and coaching of employees as well as creating the schedules for the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.

Position Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a comparable managers role; Team player and leader; Analytical skills; Independent and proactive, result driven and accurate; Effective time manager, prioritizing skills and an excellent people manager; Perfect social and communicative skills as well as leadership skills; Good knowledge of Dutch and English language; Fulltime position.
