Strategic Partnerships Specialist

As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist at LaFinteca, your role is crucial to driving the company’s expansion. You’ll identify, secure, and onboard new partnerships with key suppliers such as banks, local payment methods, crypto exchanges, and OTC providers. By growing our network and enhancing our product capabilities, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing LaFinteca as a leader in LATAM’s fintech landscape.

• Identifying potential suppliers, reaching out to establish connections, and gathering relevant commercial and technical documentation.
• Supporting the Chief Payment Officer (CPO) in evaluating product fit based on LaFinteca’s roadmap and needs.
• Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration with new partners.
• Actively pursuing new partnerships and employing innovative strategies to grow LaFinteca’s supplier network.
• Securing points of contact, conducting meetings with potential partners, and finalizing agreements.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to align business objectives.

• Proven experience in business development in the LATAM market, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends in the region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive and creative approach to building relationships.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Experience working with Confluence, Asana, Jira, and Slack.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
