In this role, relationship building is paramount—you will be responsible for fostering strong connections with all key stakeholders across your accounts. You will manage a substantial portion of the region's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), engaging directly with the European Union and Enterprise accounts in Luxembourg.
About the Teams
This is a role characterized by high complexity, high visibility and ability to shine. You will be closely working together with the European Union and Luxembourg account teams, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal, fostering strong teamwork during the renewal cycle and detailed contract management.
Beyond core negotiations, you will heavily involved in account planning and strategic marketing activities. While travel isn't required, occasional on-site meetings and event attendance are encouraged. You'll be a central part of an ambitious team that holds each other accountable, truly building a specialized territory that scales with business demand.
Subscription Account Management

Your Role
Achieve performance targets related to customer retention, on-time renewals, and number of quality business reviews
Collaborate with the field organization to develop and implement territory and risk mitigation plans.
Engage with customers to drive renewals and upsell opportunities through proactive communication.
Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with customers and channel partners.
Conduct customer calls and prepare by researching customer inventory and applying the customer’s pricing agreements where applicable
Manage administrative responsibilities related to customer accounts and renewal processes.
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance subscription management and renewal sales processes.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You Will Bring
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a positive.
Strong negotiation and problem management skills.
Strong ownership of contract management, understanding of existing agreements in place, and how to apply these to the renewal cycle
Experience in maintaining customer relationships and lead qualification.
Interest in IT infrastructure and their outcomes, with high proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and channel partners.
Energy and enthusiasm in customer interactions.
Intellectual capacity to understand business dynamics.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, renewal sales, or account sales.
Pay Transparency
The OTE range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between EUR €100,000 and EUR €150,000 per year. Please note that OTE offered may vary depending on relevant objective factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
