About the Team
The CSR team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group based in Barcelona, Spain, focused on delivering exceptional customer success and renewal services. The team is driven by a strong mission to build lasting relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. With a culture that emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and trust-building, team members work closely with channel partners and field organizations to create a thriving ecosystem that enhances overall customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Hiring Manager, who emphasizes a leadership style that values collaboration and proactive engagement with team members. The manager seeks individuals who possess energy and enthusiasm, encouraging a culture of partnership and shared goals within the team. This role is set up as a hybrid position, requiring the new hire to work in the office three days per week while also allowing for flexibility to work remotely on the other days.
This position does not require any travel, allowing you to focus on building relationships and managing customer accounts from the Barcelona office.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
