Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quotes & Tender Specialists to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant quotations and tender submissions. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in tenders, quotations, or commercial operations, ideally within healthcare procurement. Proven leadership experience (team or project leadership) with strong people development skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across multiple functions. Solid understanding of Spanish public procurement regulations and tendering processes. Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is a plus. Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is an advantage). Structured, analytical mindset with resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ensure all submissions comply with Spanish public procurement laws and internal governance standards. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure effective coordination of tenders and quotations that support business objectives. Build strong relationships with hospital procurement officers and customer stakeholders. Support local implementation of regional initiatives, including digital tools and automation projects. Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports, summaries, and analysis on team performance and tender activities. Work-life balance and international environment.
