What you will do
- Manage and monitor supplier feedback to capacity requests and ensure timely implementation.
- Follow up on action plans for capacity implementation and purchasing approvals related to supplier industrialization.
- Track fulfillment of key purchasing milestones and ensure timely presentation in Capacity Committees.
- Conduct preventive capacity checks, including OEE and Run & Rate evaluations for critical parts.
- Identify and assess potential risks in supplier capacity through audits and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, purchasing, and supply chain teams to align capacity planning.
- Support the digitalization of processes and propose improvements.
- Operate in an international, fast-evolving environment with changing technologies and regulations.
What we are looking for
- At least 7 years of experience in supplier management and industrialization, particularly in production capacity.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar; backgrounds in economics with strong analytical skills also considered.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data and capacity metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Proactive, structured, and engaged professional with initiative.
- Functional knowledge of SAP and Excel is a plus.
- Experience in production environments such as casting, forging, or plastic injection is desirable.
