Supply Chain Assistant - Oils (6 months contract)

Role purpose statement:

This role will be responsible for generate commercial invoices, proformas and credit notes of the shipments in time, in order that the clients can make the release of their products according the Government Entities that govern the arrival of said shipments, as well as enter intra-company purchases / sales in the GTM/SAP System.

Main accountabilities:

• Create applications in GTM/SAP.


• Create commercial invoices, proformas according business requirements.


• Create credit, debits and accruals according business requirements.


• Safe commercial invoices, proformas, credit and debits properly for audit purpose.


• Posting of vendors invoices.


• Quality, shrinkage, Gafta/Fosfa settlement calculation.


• Issuance of insurance certificate.


• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety procedures and regulations

Technical skills:

• Strong customer service, communication skills/soft skills.


• Attention to details, process oriented and analytical skills.


• Flexible and adaptive to changing conditions in the business/market environment.


• Have ability to work with the team.


• Effective decision making and problem solving.

Education & experience:

• Degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field.


• Desirable minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Management, Logistics or related field.


• Advanced in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Desirable French.


• Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office).
