Your Role:

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools for remote support.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
