Your Role Will Involve:

• Sourcing and engaging with talented candidates for a variety of roles
• Conducting friendly and professional screenings in both Swedish and English
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates—your people skills are key!
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Keeping our candidate databases organized and up to date
• Providing support throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth experience
• Bringing your creative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies

• You must be fluent in both Swedish and English—let those language skills shine!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential—let's connect!
• Self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as part of a friendly team
