Support customers with innovative smart home security solutions through email and chat while developing your technical skills in a stable and collaborative environment. What will you do?

Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
Assist customers with smart home security products and services
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product usage
Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries
Complete translation tasks when required
Deliver a high level of customer service with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience
