Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Support the IT team in managing and troubleshooting network issues, servers, and workstations.
• Help monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
• Participate in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
• Document IT processes and procedures, and assist in maintaining accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in routine system backups and recovery procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
