Your Role at Otovo

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist – Europe to join our international People & Culture team.

Based in our Madrid office and reporting directly to our US-based management team, you will be responsible for driving recruitment activities across our European markets, particularly Spain, Italy, Germany, France, and Portugal,Poland

Your main focus will be recruiting Field Service Technicians and other technical and operational profiles, helping us attract the talent needed to support our European operations.

Beyond recruitment, you will take ownership of onboarding coordination, ensuring that new employees have everything in place before their first day, from employment documentation and mandatory training to occupational health assessments and required certifications.

This is a hands-on opportunity to make a real impact while working with international teams across Europe and the US.

Your First Months at Otovo

From day one, you'll play an active role in supporting our European hiring needs.

You will:

• Own end-to-end recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and proactive sourcing to screening, interviews, and offer coordination.

• Recruit across Europe: Support hiring activities in Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, and other European markets as needed.

• Focus on technical talent: Identify and attract Field Service Technicians and other operational and technical professionals.

• Partner with hiring managers: Work closely with stakeholders across different countries to understand recruitment priorities and deliver effective hiring solutions.

• Drive a smooth onboarding experience: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation, mandatory training, certifications, and occupational health assessments are completed in accordance with local requirements.

• Keep processes organized: Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, track onboarding progress, and ensure employee information is properly updated in our HR systems.

• Collaborate internationally: Work closely with our European teams and US-based management, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring priorities.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an international or multi-country environment.

• Experience recruiting technical, field service, engineering, or operational profiles is highly valued.

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with onboarding processes, employment documentation, and HR systems is an advantage.

• Comfortable collaborating with international teams across different countries and time zones.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent) is essential.

• Fluency in at least one additional European language is mandatory, preferably Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.

• German or French language skills will be considered an additional advantage.
