.\n\n## \n\n## TALENT COMMUNITY \u2013 EMEA Upstream Product Manager, Digital Solutions\n\n \n\nPlease note \u2013 this is only an opportunity to join our Talent Community, it is not linked to a specific vacancy.\n\n \n\nAs a member of our Talent Community, you\u0027ll have the opportunity to be considered for current and future Upstream Product Management roles within Digital Solutions across EMEA.\n\n \n\nThese type of positions are hybrid and can be based in the following EMEA hubs:\n\n \n\n \nUK (Hemel Hempstead), France (Voisins-le-Bretonneux), Germany (D\u00fcsseldorf), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Milan), Poland (Warsaw).\n\n* * *\n\n### \n\n### As an EMEA Upstream Product Manager, Digital Solutions, your responsibilities could include:\n\n \n\n * Defining and driving the upstream product strategy and roadmap for digital health solutions across EMEA\n * Identifying unmet customer needs and translating insights into product concepts and development requirements\n * Leading early-stage product development, including concept validation, business case creation, and value proposition definition\n * Collaborating cross-functionally with R\u0026D, Marketing, Commercial, and external partners to shape and develop digital solutions\n * Acting as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring strong user experience (UserX) and adoption\n * Supporting Agile development processes by prioritizing features, contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and guiding development direction\n * Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and digital health innovations to inform product strategy\n * Preparing successful product launches in collaboration with downstream teams and ensuring readiness for scale and deployment\n\n\n\n* * *\n\n### \n\n### To join our Talent Community and be successful in such roles, you would need:\n\n \n\n * Proven experience in Upstream Product Management, Digital Solutions, or Digital Health (typically 5+ years, including healthcare exposure)\n * Strong understanding of product development processes, ideally within Agile environments\n * Experience working in cross-functional, international, and matrix organizations\n * Ability to translate customer and market insights into strategic product direction and technical requirements\n * Strong analytical thinking, innovation mindset, and problem-solving capabilities\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n * Fluency in English and ideally one additional European language\n * Relevant academic background (e.g., MSc in engineering, digital/IT, life sciences, or related field)\n * Willingness to travel across EMEA as required\n\n\n\n \n\nWould you like to find out more?
