The Mission

Join a fast-growing satellite manufacturer to lead the industrialization and ramp-up of spacecraft manufacturing operations. As the Team Lead for Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT), you will play a critical role in bringing sophisticated satellite products from the drawing board to successful deployment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Team: Oversee AIT engineering operations, ensuring high standards of assembly and integration.

• Drive Industrialization: Manage the technical aspects of satellite production during a period of rapid growth.

• Technical Oversight: Apply deep domain knowledge to solve complex integration challenges in a hands-on leadership capacity.

Must-Have Criteria

• Space Pedigree: At least 10+ years of experience specifically within the Space industry, working on satellites or other space products.

• Regional Expertise:

  • For Greece: Mandatory strong knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF).

  • For Spain: Mandatory strong knowledge of Signal Intelligence (SIGINT).

• Leadership History: Proven experience as an AIT Lead, Senior AIT Engineer, or in high-level Production/Manufacturing roles.

• Languages: Fluent English is required; Greek or Spanish is a definite plus depending on the location.
