As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our dealers and end users, providing outstanding support and technical guidance:
Respond to phone and email inquiries in real-time, delivering accurate and professional solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices
Create and manage support tickets to track and resolve cases efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
Our ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering excellence:
Bilingual or proficient in German with advanced English skills
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Strong customer care skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs
Ability to take ownership of cases, drive them to resolution, or escalate appropriately
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Salary package: €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 gross/year in bonus
