What Youll Do

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our dealers and end users, providing outstanding support and technical guidance:

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries in real-time, delivering accurate and professional solutions

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution

  • Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices

  • Create and manage support tickets to track and resolve cases efficiently

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems

Who Were Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering excellence:

  • Bilingual or proficient in German with advanced English skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support

  • Strong customer care skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs

  • Ability to take ownership of cases, drive them to resolution, or escalate appropriately

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What We Offer

  • Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

  • Salary package: €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 gross/year in bonus

  • Central office location in Barcelona – easy access to public transport
