What will you do?

Desde el departamento de RRHH del Área centro de Barceló Hotel Group, buscamos compañero/a para incorporar al equipo, para dar servicio a los hoteles de Madrid, Aranjuez y Cáceres.

Necesitamos a una persona proactiva, con buenas dotes de comunicación y predisposición a un servicio exigente y que necesita visión a largo plazo.

Las funciones en las que se centrará, serán las siguientes:

• Selección de perfiles variados en función de los requerimientos de los hoteles, aconsejando mejores alternativas, y siempre ajustando las candidaturas lo mejor posible a las características de los hoteles o departamentos implicados.
• Gestión íntegra y selección de perfiles de prácticas, así como contacto con escuelas para coordinación de Formación Dual, presencia de marca y otras necesidades relativas a becarios/as.
• Gestión de la formación, coordinando con los hoteles las necesidades técnicas y competenciales, asegurando la búsqueda del mejor proveedor, la organización del curso y el mejor rendimiento del mismo.
• Asegurar la bonificación de estos cursos, en colaboración con nuestro partner, llevando control de la documentación, facturación y asistencia.
• Coordinación con fundaciones con las que Barceló colabora, asegurando que se crean sinergias y se cumplen objetivos marcados.
• Colaboración directa con el resto del equipo en lo que se refiere a uso de las plataformas de RRHH y otras tareas administrativas del equipo.

What are we looking for?

• Al menos, 3 años de experiencia en selección y formación.
• Dominio de informática, desde un punto de vista ofimático, como manejo de herramientas de RRHH en el día a día.
• Inglés nivel alto. Se hará prueba durante la entrevista.
• Valorable experiencia en el sector hospedaje u hostelería.
