INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure local commercial success of product portfolio (incl. Plcm)
• Activate local assortm.
• Identify need for adapt. Of local range
• Adapt product data to local requirements (e.g., translations)
• Launch products (incl. Trainings) for sales reps
• Answer questions of technical sales
• Support local kam teams in tenders; support qm and ass

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Track achievement of product related kpis (with reg. Control.)
• Initiate improvem. Measures based on analyt. Insight (with reg. Mktg anal.)
• Provide feedback on product ranges (with global product)
• Ensure local product compliance (with global & local quality)
• Steer product phase-in/phase-out and s&op (with supply chain)
• Support prioritization of sf requests (w. Local segm. Mgmt.)
