In a few words


 


We are looking for an ambitious talent to be part of developing global operator business in multiple EU countries.


 


Your journey ahead:


 


You will work in a highly international team and learn/sharpen your skills of CRM building, business development, negotiation, communication with teams from different countries, internal and external presentation, project management, etc.  


 


 Your Challenges:




  • Work closely with the Director of Operators in EU HQ and follow their strategic direction and operational processes to succeed in key Pan-EU telcos.

  • Support the relationship with the global device department of the operator and engage with local markets team.

  • Build and maintain operational level customer relationship through daily communication. 

  • Align pricing and commercial terms and requirements to be implemented in local markets.

  • Support the global portfolio selection process to ensure the ranging and selection of vivo products in the global shortlist.

  • Support the quarterly processes with global operators, following their guidelines and key milestones such us portfolio RFIs, product pitchbook, portfolio selection, quarterly negotiations and technical requirements,  

  • Gather and analyze market information from multiple EU countries to support business decision

  • Serve as interface to China HQ, EU HQ and countries to make sure all strategy are aligned

  • End to end product launch management as project. From design to hit on the shelf.

  • Internal business report preparation.



Your profile includes:


 



  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, experience In consumer business is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enthusiastic to smartphone business

  • Sensitive to numbers with strong logical thinking ability

  • Excellent skills on PowerPoint and Excel

  • Collaborative working style and team-player attitude

  • Positive and encouraging personality
