Testing Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Test Engineer to work in the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of advanced electronic assemblies and systems. This role is critical to ensuring product performance, reliability, and quality throughout development and production phases. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience, solid diagnostic skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, validation, and acceptance testing of electronic assemblies and PCBAs.
• Execute test procedures, record data, and document results in accordance with internal quality standards.
• Understand the test rack design and composition for using them and create new units.
• Experience in harness design and fabrication.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic failures down to the component level.
• Operate and maintain electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, and data acquisition systems.
• Familiarity to write or interpret PCB schematic.
• Familiarity to read or modify Python code.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality procedures.
• Identify and escalate recurring test failures or process issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within test operations.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or related.

Experience:
A minimum of 1–2 years experience sufficient to perform testing, monitoring, and production support activities in a testing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with environmental or stress testing methods.
• Experience supporting RF or high-frequency electronic systems.
• Previous experience working in controlled production environments.
