The Quality Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing quality control and assurance strategies across all production stages. The primary objective is to ensure that products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand expectations while optimizing processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement the quality management system across all production phases.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with quality regulations and standards.
• Define and implement quality standards for raw materials, processes, and finished products.
• Coordinate inspections and audits in factories and with suppliers around the world.
• Lead and train quality teams.
• Collaborate with purchasing, design, and production departments to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
• Analyze and manage customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing improvement plans.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess quality and provide periodic reports to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A specialization in Quality Management or Textile Production is desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in quality control.
• In-depth knowledge of quality regulations, certifications, and textile manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and data analysis.
