ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Ticketing Assistant who is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of guest invitations and ticket access for Kings League events. This person acts as a key point of contact to guarantee that every guest receives their tickets properly and on time, in coordination with the ticketing platform.

This is a temporary position available until the end of current europeans seasons and the Kings World Cup, June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration Monitoring: Monitor and manage incoming guest registrations via the Kings League online form. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of all submitted information.
  • Ticketing Platform Coordination: Act as the bridge between internal teams and the external ticketing platform. Transfer validated guest information, ensure data is properly uploaded, and verify that tickets are generated and sent correctly.
  • Access Control: Assist in managing and verifying access credentials on event days to ensure smooth entry for all attendees. Ensure the proper allocation of access to VIPs, guests, staff, and others as required.
  • Guest Communication: Follow up with guests to confirm ticket delivery, resolve access issues, and provide clear instructions when needed. Always maintain a professional and service-oriented tone.
  • International Liaison: Coordinate with multiple European leagues, each with its own structure and needs, to ensure that specific ticketing requests and guest flows are handled smoothly.
  • Weekend Hotline Support (Remote): Be available during weekends to respond to last-minute ticketing problems, forgotten passes, or access concerns. Serve as a point of contact for urgent matters and provide quick resolutions in coordination with the Ticketing Manager.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, international event environment. Able to coordinate with multiple external stakeholders (leagues, partners, ticketing platforms) and ensure that all ticketing operations are handled in a timely, accurate, and standardized manner across various regions.

  • Previous experience (internship or professional) in ticketing, guest services, event coordination, or customer support.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage repetitive tasks with precision.
  • Clear communication skills and a calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
  • Confident using digital tools (ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, back-office systems)
  • Comfortable working from Wednesday to Sunday, with remote weekend availability for hotline duties.
