About Plug and Play

Plug and Play Tech Center is a global innovation platform connecting startups, corporations, and investors across more than 50 locations worldwide. With over 800 professionals, we foster collaboration and help companies bring innovation to market faster.

We are strengthening our global HR function and are looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager to design and execute a company-wide learning strategy that enhances skills, collaboration, and mobility across teams and regions.



Role Overview


The Training & Development Manager will be responsible for building and implementing Plug and Play’s global training strategy. This role will focus on developing learning frameworks and programs that ensure our staff can perform effectively across different business functions and geographies.

You will work closely with HR, leadership, and regional management teams to identify capability needs, create scalable content, and ensure consistent delivery across EMEA, Americas, and APAC.



Key Responsibilities





  • Design and implement a global training plan aligned with company objectives and talent development needs.

  • Assess learning needs across regions and functions, identifying skills gaps and development priorities.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive training programs (onboarding, upskilling, cross-functional learning, leadership development).

  • Create engaging, blended learning solutions combining workshops, e-learning, and peer-learning initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal experts and external providers to design or source high-quality training content.

  • Measure training effectiveness through participation metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes.

  • Promote a learning culture by supporting managers in developing their teams and embedding learning into daily work.

  • Ensure scalability and alignment of training programs across all regions.





Profile Requirements



  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally in a global or fast-paced organization.

  • Proven success in designing and delivering training programs at scale.

  • Strong understanding of competency-based development and instructional design principles.

  • Experience with digital learning platforms and hybrid learning models.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across regions and functions.

  • Fluent English required; Spanish or other languages are an advantage.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
