We are the established global leader in generic antibiotics, with 50-plus medicines serving more than 200 million patients per year. And we have a leading global program to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR), taking a balanced, cross-sector approach to combatting this unprecedented global health threat. Our goal is simple: to ensure patients continue to receive the medicine they need, when and where they need it
As Transfer Pricing Specialist you will support day to day execution of transfer pricing processes. The role focuses on data collection, calculations, maintaining intercompany agreements, and providing support to Finance and Tax on operational transfer pricing and international tax matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform periodic transfer pricing calculations, true‑ups, and reconciliations.
Collect, validate, and maintain financial and operational data for TP documentation.
Maintain and update the central library of intercompany agreements.
Assist with reviews of agreements for alignment with TP policies.
Support application of tax treaty withholding rates based on established guidance.
Prepare standard reports, schedules, and supporting files for Finance and Tax.
Provide data support for tax audits, compliance requests, and internal reporting.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth execution of TP processes.
What you need to bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law or equivalent.
Experience working with tax, financial information, accounting, legal or contracts in any industry is beneficial.
Prior exposure to transfer pricing or international tax is an advantage but not required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with financial data.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Clear communication and effective collaboration.
C2-level English proficiency.
Spanish will be beneficial
