Treasury Accountant

We’re looking for a Treasury Accountant to join our finance team and help shape the treasury function as it continues to develop. This role offers variety and responsibility, combining day-to-day treasury tasks with the chance to support process improvements and relationship management.

You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and also guide a junior team member, making this an excellent opportunity if you’re looking to grow your career while contributing directly to the success of the team

What you will do:

• Developing and refining cash flow forecasting models, making sure they are accurate and practical


• Reviewing and supporting bank reconciliations prepared by a junior colleague


• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with our banking partners, including reviews and updates


• Providing guidance and encouragement to the junior treasury team member


• Working alongside the Finance Manager to resolve ERP, cash management, and banking queries


• Contributing ideas and energy to the continued build-out of the treasury function

Who you are:

• Around 2–5 years’ experience in treasury, accounting, or finance


• Clear communicator who enjoys working proactively and building strong relationships


• Experience in cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations


• ERP experience is valuable (Oracle Fusion a plus, though not essential)


• Treasury qualifications (part or fully qualified) are helpful but not required – we can support further study


• Background in a fast-moving sector such as gaming is an advantage, though not essential
