Contracts Associate Home based Spain

As a Contract Associate at ICON, you will manage contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering contract management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and legal standards.
  • Managing contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.
  • Providing guidance on contract interpretation and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Developing and maintaining contract templates and best practices.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract management or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)

Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
