Descripción del trabajo - Turkish Speaking Sales Developer - Google Advertising Products

Join TP Spain in Barcelona and contribute to a high‑impact Digital Marketing Ads project focused on the Turkish market. We are looking for professionals who understand the dynamics of Turkish business culture and can engage companies with strong growth potential in a tech‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services.
  • Build, update, and maintain a complete customer database.
  • Expand and consolidate the customer portfolio.
  • Record call history and customer responses accurately.
  • Ensure consistent follow‑up with prospects and clients.
  • Monitor competitors and support the development of sales strategies.
  • Address customer needs and inquiries effectively.
  • Language: Native‑level Turkish (C2) and good English proficiency.
  • Experience: Minimum 14 months in sales and customer interaction; fast learner with adaptability.
  • Autonomy: Able to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • CRM: Strong experience using CRM tools to manage interactions and support sales processes.
  • Communication: Clear, structured communicator who contributes actively to team discussions.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles and operational improvement.
  • Personal Traits: Proactive, motivated, customer‑oriented, and collaborative.

Turkish Market Expertise

  • Deep understanding of Turkish business culture and regional differences to tailor sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with key economic sectors and their specific needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Turkish professionals in both formal and informal contexts.
  • Awareness of nuances in Turkish business language and terminology.
  • Basic knowledge of Turkish business regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Full‑time (39h/week) hybrid role in Barcelona.
  • Salary: 21,080€ gross/year + up to 3,720€ gross/year in bonuses.
  • Referral bonus up to 2,000€ depending on project/language.
  • Relocation support and private health insurance.
  • Ongoing training, certifications, and clear career growth paths.
  • Dynamic work environment with regular contests and a business‑casual culture.
  • Prime office location at the World Trade Center, Barcelona, by the sea.
