About the Role

We are looking for a Veeva Vault CRM / Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of CRM solutions for life sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities

Life Sciences CRM Implementation & Support

• Support implementation of Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud


• Assist with page layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports


• Help with preparation and loading of setup data, historical data and prepare environment setup.


• Support testing activities including preparation of UAT scripts and support clients for execution.

Business & Team Collaboration

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements


• Participate in client workshops and internal project meetings


• Work closely with more senior consultants to translate requirements into solutions


• Provide end-user support and prepare basic training materials.


• Execute Train the Trainer or End user trainings remotely or onsite.

Compliance & Quality

• Assist with documentation such as configuration specs and test scripts


• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality and audit standards


• Follow life sciences compliance, country specific regulations and validation guidelines (when necessary)

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce solutions.


• Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration.


• Basic understanding of Vault configuration.


• Previous experience or Interest in life sciences (pharma, biotech, medical devices)


• Familiarity with Agile or project-based delivery

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field

(or equivalent practical experience)

• Willingness to learn and take guidance


• Eager to jump out of comfort zone


• Strong communication and documentation skills


• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset


• Ability to work in a team-oriented consulting environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Salesforce Administrator or Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault CRM fundamentals certification


• Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Salesforce Agentforce certification or experience are important plus.


• Internship or project experience in life sciences or CRM systems


• Exposure to validation documentation or regulated environments
