Role Mission


 


Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising the project from a maintenance perspective, ensuring the integration of maintenance requirements into engineering deliverables. Ensures compliance with quality, timelines, budget, and GMP standards, as well as proper documentation management, contributing to an efficient and reliable future operation.


 


What your responsibilities will be


 



  • Participate, follow up projects from a maintenance perspective, helping defining scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

  • Ensure the integration of maintenance requirements across all project phases, from conceptual engineering to final delivery and validation.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP and applicable local and international regulations, incorporating maintenance standards.

  • Oversee the development, review, and completeness of maintenance-related technical and regulatory documentation.

  • Monitor project progress and support effective cross-functional collaboration to meet timelines and quality standards.

  • Communicate project milestones, risks, and progress to relevant stakeholders.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required.   • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields), or similar (Mandatory).

  • Master’s degree or certifications in Project Management or Maintenance (Valuable).

  • Advanced level of English (C1) (Mandatory).

  • Availability to travel frequently (1 month per month).

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or asset management in industrial plant projects for the pharmaceutical sector, including the management of expansion, improvement, or transformation projects (Valuable).

  • You have user-level knowledge of MS Office, SAP software y AutoCad (Valuable).

  • Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food).

  • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.

  • Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Proactivity, autonomy, and adaptability to multicultural environments.
