Responsible for the financial, operational performance and capability evolution of the RM EMEA marketing team, of 70 people, and the development of marketing strategy for the full RM product range. Your responsibilities will include: Provide input on potential enhancements of existing programs. Develop strong KOL network and collaborate with marketing, training and Sales manager teams to develop action plans for selected KOL and key influencers. ● In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. ● For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable: - Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy. - Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System. * ● Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a numerate or business subject. ● Minimum of 5-10 years' relevant experience in a senior commercial and marketing role within EP. ● Experience of working at a European level. ● Demonstrates strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. ● Excellent business acumen. ● Understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies and customer needs. ● Able to set priorities and execute work in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency level of English. ● Willingness to travel regularly (3 days a week). * Market and technical insights: ● Technical Insight (Clinical Knowledge - Product knowledge - Disease and therapy knowledge) Customer and market development: ● Business acumen (strategic thinking & financial acumen) ● Customer Insight ● Business Planning (business development - account strategy - tracking and reviewing) ● Stakeholder relationship management (building customer networks - strategic relationship management) ● Sales Execution (Selling & Deal making) ● Communication ● Internal collaboration & influencing (Divisional) ● Coaching (Coach and develop - Drive for Results - Motivate others) ● Self Management (Courage - Adaptability) Requisition ID: 622889 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
