About the role
We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Creative with a strong eye for storytelling, craft and visual culture.
This role combines editing, motion design and creative contribution. You'll work across social, digital and campaign content, helping bring ideas to life through engaging edits, motion graphics and platform-native storytelling. Just as importantly, you'll bring references, trends, creators and emerging formats into the creative process, helping the team stay inspired, informed and culturally relevant.
Working closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers and Copywriters, you'll play an active role from ideation through execution, contributing both creative thinking and technical excellence.
What you'll do
- Edit content across social, digital, branded and campaign projects.
- Develop engaging narratives, pacing and storytelling across a variety of formats and platforms.
- Enhance edits through motion graphics, animation and visual treatments where appropriate.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ideas from concept through delivery.
- Research and curate references, editing styles, creators and emerging content formats.
- Support brainstorming sessions with inspiration, trends and platform insights.
- Build moodboards, reference edits and creative presentations.
- Stay up to date with platform evolution, content trends and visual culture.
- Maintain a high standard of craft, pacing, storytelling and attention to detail across all deliverables.
We're looking for someone who
- Has 3–5 years of experience in video editing, with motion design as a complementary skill.
- Is highly proficient in Premiere Pro and comfortable working in After Effects.
- Has experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle or consumer brands.
- Has outstanding editing instincts, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
- Understands social-first content as well as broader digital and campaign formats.
- Has strong visual taste and a genuine interest in culture, design, creators and emerging content trends.
- Is proactive, curious and brings inspiration and ideas to the team.
- Has strong English communication skills.

Languages
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Any other languages are a plus.
