Job Overview

• Checking order files – check for damages/missing products/batch codes
• Measuring and weighting products, taking product pictures
• Packing products into individual boxes, labeling products according to instructions.
• Composing shipments
• Communicating with couriers
• Tracking supplies leftovers and stocks at the warehouse
• Ensure that products are packaged/preserved, handled, stored, and transported properly
• Preparing shipment reports, and communicating with the shipment team

Requirements

• Quick learner, flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as a team, someone that can be trusted and relied on
• Attention to detail, active and decisive
• Computer literacy: knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel is a must
• Experience working in a warehouse/supermarkets/grocery stores on similar tasks is a must
• Fluent or Upper Intermediate Spanish
• Knowledge of English (basic or intermediate) is desirable
