Wholesale Specialist

• Management of orders from the reception to the payment of the invoice.

• Liaising with the transport companies until the arrival of goods

• Follow up of the tariffs of each customer

• Follow up of monthly sales (sell-in)

• Interface production/preparation (warehousing)

• Organization and support in international trade shows

• Responsible for the back office needs of the department

• Manage timings, launches and promotions with external and internal contacts.

• Client needs alignment with marketing teams

• Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
  
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  
  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable solutions.
  
  

• Excellent time management, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  
  

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control.
  
  

• Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
  
  

• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
  
  

• Availability for immediate start.
