The team

Our Barcelona office management team keeps a growing hub of over 400 SumUppers running smoothly every single day. As the office scales past 500 people by the end of the year, you'll join at a pivotal moment, becoming a key point of contact for everyone who walks through the door, from new starters to visiting SumUppers, clients and vendors. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape what a great day at the office feels like for the whole Barcelona community.

What you'll do

• Welcome employees, candidates, and visitors at the front desk, handling arrivals and enquiries with warmth and professionalism


• Support new hire onboarding, helping every new SumUpper feel settled from their first day


• Help plan and run office events and culture initiatives that bring people together


• Assist with day to day office operations, including vendor coordination and flagging issues to the office management team


• Maintain office safety protocols, including access control and visitor management

You'll be great for this role if…

• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written, to communicate with local SumUppers and international visitors


• Experience in office management, reception, or another front facing role


• Comfort managing competing priorities and staying organised in a busy, people facing environment


• Ability to make decisions independently and solve problems on the spot


• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of building relationships across teams
